When will my business be searchable?

At the time you submit your business information it is sent to a list of businesses which we regularly review. We cannot give an exact time frame because it will vary based on the volume of businesses registering, although our goal is to have businesses approved within 24 hours.

How do I edit my business info?

You should have received an email when you registered your business with a link to edit your info. If you did not revieve this email or you do not have it anymore contact us through our contact form and we will send you a new link.

How will I know if this is working?

Like all forms of advertising there is no way to know 100% of the effect. We offer some programs which may be able to help; specifically our coupon program. Through this program you can offer promotions/specials to your customers upon mentioning they found you on LDSphonebook. Also, depending upon demand, we may offer to send businesses a report on how many users have viewed their business advertisement.

Can I have past customers write reviews?

Absolutely! In fact we would highly recommend it. We encourage you to have as many reviews as possible. All we ask is your honesty about who is writing the reviews and that they are from actual customers who have experienced your service. If you receive multiple negative reviews we reserve the right to remove your listing.
